I Made Krisna's Times My Way to Write the Times

SE W960i Yahoo! Mail Settings

After my experience set up email account for Gmail on Sony Ericsson W960 i try to set up email account for Yahoo! Mail. Almost all the settings are same just little bit a different things and here are the details

1. First, start on "Basic" tab
   1. Account Name : <up to you> e.g. [Yahoo!]
   2. Your Name : <up to you> e.g. [I Made Krisna]
   3. Email Address : <youremail@yahoodomain> e.g. [falconity@yahoo.com]
   4. Connection Type : IMAP
   5. [ ] Push email (unchecked)
2. "Inbox" tab
   1. Incoming server address : zimbra.imap.mail.yahoo.com
   2. Username : <youremail@yahoodomain> e.g. [falconity@yahoo.com]
   3. Password : <youryahoopassword>
   4. Download Restrictions : No Restriction
   5. [ ] Limit number of emails (unchecked)
   6. Receive using group : Internet
      
3. "Outbox"
   1. Outgoing server address : smtp.mobile.mail.yahoo.com
   2. [v] Use SMTP authentication (checked)
   3. [v] Use inbox login details (checked)
   4. Send using group : Internet

   1. Secure Connection : SSL
   2. Incoming mail port : 993
6. "Outgoing"
   1. Secure Connection : None
   2. Outgoing mail port : 25
   3. [v] Use MIME encoding (checked)
